Wir bieten verschiedene Unterkunftsmöglichkeiten an, alle klimatisiert und mit kostenlosem Wi-Fi:
- 2 Bungalows (inkl. Sat-TV und kleiner Kühlschrank): die Bungalows stehen auch einzeln zur Verfügung (pro Bungalow für jeweils bis 2 Personen)
- 1 Wohnung im Haupthaus mit 3 Zimmern mit einem gemeinsamen Bad (für bis 6 Personen)
- gesamtes Anwesen (Wohnung + 2 Bungalows für bis 10 Personen)
Die Preise sind saisonal abhängig und liegen für die einzelnen Unterkünfte in folgenden Bandbreiten:
Bungalows: je € 80 - 90 pro Nacht (für beide Bungalows zusammen € 150 - 165 pro Nacht)
Wohnung im Haupthaus: € 190 bis 210 pro Nacht.
Gesamtes Anwesen: € 300 bis 330 pro Nacht.
Für alle Einheiten bieten wir Spezialpreise für längere Aufenthalte an: Ab der zweiten Woche gibt es einen Rabatt von 5 % auf den Totalpreis, für Aufenthalte von einem bis zwei Monaten dann 10 % und für zwei bis drei Monate sogar 20 %.
Grundsätzlich ist es auch möglich, die ganze Wohnung mit nur einem Bungalow zusammen oder beide Bungalows mit nur einem Zimmer der Wohnung zusammen zu reservieren. So oder so, bitte kontaktiere uns, um die Verfügbarkeiten und konkreten Preise zu erfahren.
We offer various accommodation units, all with air condition, free Wi-Fi:
- 2 bungalows (with satellite TV and a small fridge): the bungalows are available separately (each bungalow sleeps up to 2 persons)
- 1 flat in the main house with 3 rooms that share a bathroom (for up to 6 persons)
- whole property (flat + 2 bungalows for up to 10 persons)
The prices depend on the season and the precise unit:
Bungalows: € 80 - 90 per night (both bungalows together € 150 - 165 per night).
Flat in the main house: € 190 - 200 per night.
Whole property: € 300 - 330 per night.
For all units we offer special prices for long term stays: There are discounts of 5 % on the all round price for stays longer than 1 week, of 10 % for stays of one to two months and for stays of two to three months a whole 20 %.
Basically, it is possible to rent the whole flat together with only one bungalow or both bungalows together with only one room of the flat. Either way, please contact us to learn about the availability and actual prices.
